At Bisevo, we believe that real change happens when people move from knowing what they should do to actually doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bisevo was founded on a simple insight: companies invest significant resources in training, strategies, and change initiatives, but turning knowledge and ambitions into new behaviours that last over time is often challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why we combine gamification, behavioural science, and digital technology to make it easier and more motivating to do the right things in everyday work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stefan Hallberg is the founder and CEO of Bisevo, with more than 25 years of experience in digital learning, business development, and organisational change.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He previously served as CEO of Sweden\u2019s largest e-learning company and has throughout his career worked with how digital technology can be used to create learning and engagement.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an entrepreneur and business leader, Stefan has built and developed high-growth companies and has received four Gazelle Company awards, as well as the Entrepreneur of the Year award.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bisevo, Stefan drives the vision of combining gamification, behavioural science, and technology to help organisations move from strategy and knowledge to concrete behaviours and measurable results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

He has particular expertise in platforms for storing, managing, and analysing large volumes of data and previously served as Head of Development at a publicly listed US technology company.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bisevo, Christian combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and is responsible for ensuring that the platform is secure, scalable, and built for continued international growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Niklas W\u00f6rmann has around 20 years of experience in game development and a background in mathematics.

This combination gives him a deep understanding of how game mechanics, logic, and reward systems can be used to create engagement and motivation.

One of the games Niklas developed reached the top ten on the App Store.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bisevo, he uses his experience from the gaming industry to develop gamification that not only engages people in the moment, but motivates them to repeat the right behaviours and build new habits over time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Leif E. Andersson is a psychologist and one of Europe\u2019s leading experts in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). OBM is the science of systematically understanding and influencing behaviour in organisations.

He is the author of The OBM Book: Psychology for Leaders<\/em>, trains leaders and organisations internationally, and is one of the few professionals qualified to certify new OBM consultants.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bisevo, Leif plays a central role in the behavioural science foundation of our methodology. His expertise helps us design the platform around what really matters: increasing the behaviours that lead to desired results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
