Here is a summary of the key topics we discussed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Information and training are important, but they are not enough to create lasting behavioral change.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Almost all goals, strategies, and training initiatives require behavioral change to be successful and achieve the desired impact.<\/p>\n

\u2022 We developed Bisevo Gamification to support organizations in their change management efforts in an engaging and enjoyable way.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Positive consequences drive behavior. Always start there.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Select a few important behaviors that you want to strengthen and add them to the Bisevo app. You can do this yourself.<\/p>\n

\u2022 These behaviors may be related to leadership, sales, customer service, collaboration, safety, health, innovation, or company culture.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bisevo Gamification motivates participants through rewards, points, progress tracking, team competitions, medals, and goal achievement.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Talk to each other, follow the progress, reward the group, and celebrate success!<\/p>\n

We also received some great questions during the webinar. Here are three of them:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. How many people in the target group will use the app?
    \n<\/strong>The majority, typically around 85%. Since organizations focus on a few key behaviors, participants generally enjoy developing and improving together. The good news is that it is enough for the majority of the target group to use the app for the team to develop positive habits collectively. We can also skip the app entirely and collect data from other systems if preferred.<\/li>\n
  2. Will the behavior remain after the app is no longer providing stimulation and rewards?
    \n<\/strong>In many cases, yes. Over time, group members establish routines that are reinforced by the team. The challenge is not maintaining a routine, but creating new positive habits in the first place, which is where the app adds value. Groups are often more effective than individuals at sustaining habits. An individual may struggle to start exercising, but a group can learn behaviors such as giving positive feedback and actively listening to one another. It becomes easier and more rewarding to do the right thing together. Research supports this. Some of you may remember the famous waiting room experiment, where everyone in a room stood up when a signal was given. Even after all original participants had been replaced, the behavior continued. When a behavior is clear, constructive, and openly discussed, it is more likely to last. However, people need to understand why the behavior matters, what it involves, how to perform it, and experience positive reinforcement within the group.<\/li>\n
  3. What does the app cost?
    \n<\/strong>The cost ranges from SEK 20 to SEK 200 per user per month, depending on the number of users. Positive habits are highly profitable, and what is the cost of negative habits? \ud83d\ude0a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
