Granitor Electro strengthens its customer relationships through gamification and training

Our client Granitor Electro is an electrical and technology company offering contracting and service solutions within construction, property, and industry. They have an extensive and growing service division, and a central goal is to build more long-term customer relationships.

Challenge
Granitor places high value on relational customers and responsible business at every level for long-term success. From this foundation, they identified several areas to develop:

  • Engage in more active dialogue with customers
  • Better listen to what customers demand
  • Be more advisory rather than simply selling
  • Work with sustainability

Solution
The solution we co-created was a change management program combining training with gamification, encouraging actions such as asking about customer needs and providing good advice on energy efficiency.

Granitor also wanted a measurement system for customer interaction and upselling, complete with incentives to drive increased activity. They got this via our Bisevo Gamification app.

Results
By developing their service operations, Granitor Electro has achieved closer customer relationships, more stable revenue, improved results, and greater security for their employees.

How do you get 350 employees to become more active on LinkedIn?

That was the challenge from Samhall.

The solution: a digital training program with gamification, where every employee earns points for sharing Samhall’s posts and reaching out to customers. Teams compete with each other, while each participant can also track their own progress.

The content was developed together with our partner Salesmakeover, and for the users it’s all delivered through an app or via the Bisevo platform.
