After five months of intensive training in Business Development, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), we are proud to conclude this learning journey for Granitor’s department managers, project managers, and business unit managers from more than 35 local service branches across Sweden, from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south.
Throughout the program, we have focused on creating sustainable behavior change with the support of experts in OBM and business development. Through daily and weekly activities, participants have worked towards shared goals while strengthening both individual performance and organizational success.
