Trafikverket Rolls Out Bisevo Across Hundreds of Construction Projects to Strengthen Supplier Collaboration

Trafikverket is now using Bisevo to continuously measure and monitor the quality of collaboration within its investment and maintenance projects. The rollout covers nearly 400 projects with a combined contract value of SEK 120 billion.

Since May 2026, project participants from both Trafikverket and its suppliers, contractors, and technical consultants have been invited to answer a few short questions each month about how collaboration is working within their projects. The results are immediately available to the entire project team and provide ongoing trend data, making it possible to identify issues at an early stage.

“It is time to get some objective facts on the table. This is what the situation actually looks like,” says Göran Domås at Trafikverket, who led the work of developing the solution together with Bisevo.

The initiative is driven by Trafikverket’s ambition to become the preferred client of suppliers and contractors. The need for a simple way to measure collaboration in projects has long been requested by both contractors and technical consultants. The solution was developed in collaboration with the industry organizations Byggföretagen and Innovationsföretagen and was tested in around thirty projects during 2025 and 2026.

During the remainder of 2026, smaller projects will also be invited to participate. All projects procured or launched from 2026 onwards will automatically be included.
